A Review of the WP HawkEye Plugin

We all love plugins as they add specific functionalities to a site, and they don’t cost as much as hiring a web developer to do the job; it just helps that many are available for free. Plugins, however, may crash with use, an event that can cripple a website or take an entire page with the plugin in the worst case. This is often due to various errors with plugins, usually bad configurations and outdated plugins causing conflicts, and this poses the consequence of losing customers. With that problem in mind, Andrew Hunter will be launching the WP HawkEye as a solution.

Now what is this product and what does it do? Simply put, WP HawkEye is a WordPress plugin that promises to make you stop losing sales from fatal plugin crashes. It monitors all your site’s plugins and will alert you if a crucial one is deactivated, keeps sales pages working, protects content, makes sure that your sales funnel works properly, and works with any WordPress plugin. It will cost a mere $7 and it is unknown whether or not this price will increase.

The plugin is promised to feature a simple interface, though we are yet to see it to judge it as such. It also includes an email notification feature that lets you know which plugin crashed and sends its findings to your preferred email address, and also gives you the freedom to choose which plugins should it monitor.

From what we have gathered so far, we have come to like this product. However, we are yet to know whether or not our expectations hold up once we review it on its September 24, 2015 launch. Be sure to bookmark this page and check it out by then, as we will update it with our review.
