The plugin sets a limit as to how many times each of them can email you within a day or a week. Your dashboard gives you notifications if you have emails that you still need to answer. It basically allows you to create a thread of all the correspondence with all your coaching clients. The plugin never lets you miss any email, and you also see how long it takes you to respond to each and every email.
