Software Review: Lead Shocker

Getting visitors to opt in to your list, or at least voluntarily providing you with some information for future retargeting, can be a complicated task. This requires you to engage your prospects, and this can be done through content, site design, various incentives, videos, and many others. Talking directly to your prospects, however, trumps all these. Now you don’t need to talk to your prospects one by one for this matter. You can make use of chat bots that are widely available in the market today. One such software will be launched by veteran marketer Todd Gross, and it’s called the Lead Shocker.

This new chat software is marketed to be one that’s almost like an artificial intelligence, which is a big claim. It reportedly engages your visitors in such a way that it coaxes your visitors to give up their information and opt in to your list. What it does is provide automated answers such that it appears like someone is chatting them up in real time. From what we’ve seen so far, the chat bot also has some nice touches that reinforce the illusion of chatting with an actual person, like closing the conversation after a period of inactivity.

Lead Shocker will be available in three licenses: single site license for $17, three-site license for $23, and ten-site license for $27. It will launch on November 10, 2015, at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time. We will be updating this post with a review of this product shortly after its launch. That said, we encourage you to bookmark this page and check out our review before you make your purchase.
