The Quick Survey Squeezify is a WordPress plugin that allows you to create micro surveys and monitor your opt-ins. This is the perfect plugin for social media sites, since surveys are basically social in nature. The plugin creates a 1 question survey then sends a visitor to an opt in page after they give their answer to the survey question.
