A Comprehensive Review of Smart Mockup Pro

Writing books for Kindle is a good business these days, especially since it is a great source of passive income. Now while nobody should judge a book by its cover, it is a fact that the cover is one of the things that get people interested in any Kindle book, and a good cover presentation sells it. However, creating a cover presentation is often not a writer’s strong suit, and they usually end up outsourcing the job to professional graphic artists, which in turn means extra time and money spent for every published book. The good news is that graphic designer Nathaniel Dasco is offering a solution to this problem through his latest product, the Smart Mockup Pro.

This product will be launching just hours from now. It will go live on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at 11:00 Eastern Daylight Time. However, we already have a few glimpses of the product for us to write down a quick, partial review. First off, the product is a set of templates that you can customize in Photoshop. These templates are 3D books on which you can simply drag and drop your book’s cover.

While it appears easy to use, the problem lies in the fact that Smart Mockup Pro likely only works in Photoshop as the templates use 3D objects. This also means that you’ll need to know the basics of Photoshop beforehand. While the output appears nice, users may initially find this product a bit complicated to use. Hopefully, the final release of this product is more polished and user-friendly than it is in the demo videos.

We will review this product as soon as it launches. If it interests you, we recommend that you bookmark this page and come back in the near future for our review.
